InViGiL Franchise Undertaking
This is the undertaking every applicant for an InViGiL OS Local Corporate Office reads and accepts, with a typed signature, before paying the application fee. It is section 7 of the InViGiL OS Local Corporate Office Master Standard Operating Procedure (V4.0, document code FGMST-BLR/InViGiL-OS/SOP-V4/2026).
The undertaking
"I unconditionally agree to strictly abide by the Master Global Standard Operating Procedure of The InViGiL Global Application, InViGiL OS Local Corporate Office (Operations and Services) Network, and ViERA Digital Clone Governance Charter. I commit to maintaining a World-Class Local Corporate Office & Global Resource Center (minimum 1,200–2,000 sq. ft. at Taluk/Ward level and scaled larger at District/City levels) prioritizing Core InViGiL Services first (24/7 Daily Emergency Response Center, Global Security & Surveillance Services, Detective Services, Investigators Facility Center, Investigation Support, Forensic Verifications, Legal Opinions, Reporter Newsroom & Podcast/Video Chamber, Journalist Training, Free Public/Reporter Tabs & PCs, and Branded Apparel/ID Studio) alongside G2C/CSC services, Manpower Supply & Labour Booking Center, Mass Public Booking, Newspaper Ads & Promotions Booking, Real Estate Verifications, Student Counseling & Foreign Education services, Printouts, and Mobile/Laptop Retail, complete with dedicated parking, washrooms, and cafeteria. I accept 100% ethical, professional, financial, and legal accountability under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka State, India."
