How do I start an investigation request?
Open INVIGIL in the app, choose a verification or inspection type, describe what you need, add the date, time and place, and attach evidence.
Who carries out the work?
Investigators and experts whose identities have been verified through Aadhaar eKYC and who hold an InViGiL ID card, appointment letter and authorization letter.
Is evidence collection legal?
Evidence is collected only as permitted by law and with proper authority. INVIGIL does not facilitate anything outside the law.
How is my evidence protected?
Files are stored securely and tracked, and access is limited to the people working on your request.
What if I am not happy with the outcome?
You can escalate through the grievance process to the Chief Grievance Officer, with a ticket number and a deadline.
